ICF Bethany Bible College

Rev. Varughese Mathew started the Bethany Bible College in Port Blair with the intent of training the spiritually interested youngsters of the local origin, who were converted to the Lord Jesus Christ and His Gospel, in the Bible and sending them into the field to witness and win their own people. A number of youths have already been trained in the college and have become Pastors working in the islands.

In addition, one of the oldest boys from the Calvary Childrens Home completed his secondary education and joined the Bethany Bible College with a desire to serve the Lord and spread His Gospel.

With an intention of extending this college to other parts of these islands, ICF purchased a piece of land in Rangat, Middle Andamans, to build a branch of the Bethany Bible College there. But, this land is still lying vacant because of a want of funds to proceed. The cost of building the college and providing furnishings and literature is between US$ 40.000 to 50,000.
